24 weeks pregnant [baby #2]

really Jess? another bathroom selfie? I'm sorry but these days getting me in a picture is a struggle on its own, so be glad there's one at all!

it's another bumpdate y'all, get excited!!

How far along? 24 weeks

Total weight gain: +9lbs

Maternity clothes?  mostly living in sundresses and light clothes, however this morning I was a little cold so I threw on this cozy sweatshirt that still manages to fit me (score!)

Stretch marks? nothing new that I can tell! hoping to keep it that way (fingers crossed!)

Best moment this week: hitting 24 weeks is pretty awesome as its viability week. which if you don't already know, is typically the earliest a little bambino can survive outside the womb. but we want this little nugget to cook for at least another 14 weeks please! in other news, we had a great fourth of july and have been busy working away at house projects - one of which is the nursery! can't wait to share with yall soon

Miss anything? being able to move easily - it's getting a little more difficult to chase after truett these days!

Movement: lots more! he's getting much more active now and really enjoys kicking straight down and it feels like he's kicking me in the butt.

Food cravings: watermelon has been high on the list but not much other than that!

Anything making you queasy or sick: nope! thank goodness

Gender: boy

Labor signs: none

Symptoms: the heart burn is slowly creeping up on me. as well as some low back/hip pain but it hasn't been too bad yet. I've started taking my rolaids again and hoping it doesn't get as horrible as it was with truett

Wedding rings on or off? on

Happy or moody most of the time: happy & excited for this little guy!

Looking forward to: all the newborn snuggles coming my way! oh & for it to cool down a little bit because this heat is kicking me in the butt!

  1. You look great! And, please, I completely understand the necessity of the bathroom selfie!

  2. Newfoundlands have excellent dispositions and their calm demeanor makes them great for families with children. They are exceptionally large and require plenty of room outdoors to run and play. They should also have access to a nice dog house that suits their larger frame and a fenced-in area where they can roam safely.visit this site
