3 Weeks Old

My, it's been a big week!

Vince went back to work on Monday night which meant True & I rocked it solo for the first time. It wasn't too bad! He slept for a good 4 hour chunk, woke up to eat, and then another 3 hour chunk which was pretty sweet. 

Tuesday, mommy needed to get out of the house so we ventured to grandmas and then, gasp, to Target! My first solo outing with the little nugget. And it went great! He slept the whole time and was such a trooper. Thank goodness for my Solly Baby wrap! I don't think I would have made it without it.

Then on Wednesday, little man got a massage! Technically, called craniosacral therapy.. but let's be real, it looked like a sweet little massage. She also rubbed under his tongue to help with his latch. He will have another session next week and hopefully perfect his eating.

I can't believe this nug is already 3 weeks old! Time is flying by, I tell ya! This week mommy had a little melt down when True wouldn't sleep and wanted to cry for 3 hours straight. But hey, I made it! It's a new day. 

We're still working on getting him to like being on his back slash chill in his bassinet. But so far, no such luck. He just loves mommy cuddles and to sleep on his belly/side on our chests. He has, however, started to get more used to his swing and will nap in it for a little bit. So hey, there's some progress there!

Oh! And we officially retired all of his newborn outfits this past week. Big guy is now sporting all 0-3 month gear!
