So I promised I would be a good girl this past week. And I was. For the most part.
I admit I had a glass of wine here or there and a few too many peanut butter filled pretzels.
But hey, baby steps.
As for the results:
T25 - one session
Walks - three 30 minute walks
I ate okay. Not the best. But certainly not the worst.
Loss/Gain: -1lb
Booyahh! Hey, that little number right there.. No matter how small, it's still a number!
Goal for next week is same as last.
I'm getting my Britney Spears on and I'm gonna "work bitch."
